About Brian Krumm

Brian Krumm received his BA from the State University of New York at Oswego, his MPA from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and his JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Prior to law school Brian worked with Booz Allen and Hamilton Management Consultants in New York City and Washington, D.C., where he was engaged in both domestic and international client assignments. Brian later held senior management positions in the Offices of the General Manager and Finance with the Tennessee Valley Authority. After law school, Brian primarily focused his practice on the representation of small- and medium-sized businesses clients, on matters of corporate governance, preparation of transactional documents, and commercial and business litigation. Brian has also served in Tennessee state government as Assistant Commissioner of Employment Security, Deputy Commissioner of Labor, and as a Policy Advisor to the Governor.
